William R. Peck, CPA

William R. Peck (Bill) has been providing accounting and tax consulting services to closely held businesses for over 50 years. Prior to Budwitz & Meyerjack, Bill was a partner in an Avon CPA firm for 15 years. Bill was also a CPA Sole Proprietor in Avon for over 30 years. Bill merged his practice with the firm where he now manages the Budwitz and Meyerjack Avon office. 

Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of Hartford and was awarded the Regents Honor Award, which is the highest recognition the University gives to an Undergraduate Student. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Living in Simsbury with his wife Barbara, Bill enjoys the Connecticut shoreline where he served as Treasurer of the Great Hammock Beach Association for over 10 years. Bill also enjoys frequent trips to Aruba in his spare time.  He is active with the annual holiday toy drives of the Salvation Army and served as Treasurer of the Avon Day Committee for many years.
